We just had carpet installed today in our family room. Alan was amazing at the store and our installer was amazing at our home. After the fiasco that is Lowes to take advantage of a "promotion", we decided to look elsewhere. We ran into carpet depot after a stop at Starbucks, not only were we in there less than 20 mins, we also have our new carpet installed a week later and for less than Lowes. GREAT EXPERIENCE and will be back when doing the rest of the house.
